Our Service

That’s Nice Copy offers a monthly copywriting subscription for brands focused on growth. We write content to drive engagement, boost conversions, and support your brand’s long-term success.

Our Process

We work with you through your Brief Board, which you’ll gain access to via an onboarding email. Our async approach (no meetings!) is designed to save you time and keep things efficient — you can add as many team members as you like to the board. Our team will work on one brief at a time for you, moving on to the next when your active brief is signed off and moved to the approved column.

Turnaround Times

Expect your copy within two to five days of submitting a brief, dependent on which plan you subscribe to. Larger projects may take longer than the average delivery time — we’ll always keep you posted via your Brief Board if we need more time.

Revisions

Need tweaks? We offer amends to ensure you’re 100% happy with your copy. With years of experience in e-commerce, we’ll advise you on best practices, but it’s your copy — you’ll always have the last word.

Portfolio Use

By working with That’s Nice Copy, you agree that we may feature work created for your brand in our website portfolio and marketing materials. If you’d prefer we don’t, just let us know, and we’ll respect your choice.

Intellectual Property Rights

Once you’ve paid, all rights to the delivered copy transfer to you, granting full usage and distribution rights. That’s Nice Copy retains rights to any templates, methodologies, or proprietary formats used in the process.

Payment Terms & Cancellations

Subscription fees are billed monthly, based on a 31-day billing cycle. If you use the service for 21 days and then pause your subscription, the billing cycle is paused, giving you the remaining 10 days of copy requests whenever you’re ready to resume. You can pause or cancel anytime, with cancellations taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.

Confidentiality

We treat all client materials, information, and project details with strict confidence. Only those working on your account will access your details.

Limitation of Liability

That’s Nice Copy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.
