A 12 week programme delivered as a prioritised action plan
Week 1: Find
An audit of your site, email, and socials.
Deliverables depend on findings but typically include homepage rewrites, email flow copy, PDP updates, TOV frameworks and messaging strategy.
Weeks 2-12: Fix
Creative. Commercial. Human.
You've tested subject lines, ad creative, captions. You've spent time reviewing drafts. But have you given enough thought to your brand's defining message?
Copy runs through every channel, making it hard to isolate, but not impossible to improve.
Will "good enough" copy kill your growth? No.
Will it cap it? Yes.
I'm Rosy, salesperson turned brand messaging specialist.
Before launching TNC I was creative lead at a London-based performance marketing agency — working on brands scaling to £5M and beyond.
I believe credentials are better suited to conversation. Book 15 mins below, bring your brand and I'll bring mine.
Frequently Asked Questions

The programme is priced in two parts.
Week one is a fixed-fee audit — £750. I go through your site, email flows, and socials, then deliver a full findings report with a prioritised roadmap for weeks two to twelve.
Weeks two to twelve are scoped based on what we find. Every brand has a different set of problems in a different order of urgency. The audit tells us exactly what needs fixing and in what order, so the scope (and the price) reflect that.
-
Yes, to keep delivery fast and the price accessible.
This isn't a case of prompt > copy > paste.
The most advanced tools still lack the human experience that makes copy resonate, the conviction that builds community, and the taste to know what the right message is and when.
Growing a brand means seeing every marketing channel as one coherent story. That's a strategic skill and where the value lies.
-
No. That’s usually when the work has the most impact. The audit will bring structure, clarity and direction across what already exists.
-
Freelancers work from briefs.
This fixes the thinking behind them.
Instead of isolated pieces of copy, your messaging works as one coherent system across acquisition and retention.
-
TNC is a 12-week programme. Onboarding is handled through Notion — straightforward and self-paced.
Beyond that, there's a short call at the start of each week to review feedback and keep things moving.
Everything else is async — you review, approve, give direction.
